How to get your
FPL login credentials

To connect EzBill™ to your Florida Power & Light account, you need your FPL.com username and password. Find your scenario below.

I already have an FPL online account

Most common — you've logged into fpl.com before

Go to fpl.com and click "Sign In" in the top right corner.

Your FPL username is the email address you used when you created your FPL online account.

Your FPL password is the same password you use to sign in at fpl.com.

Come back to EzBill™, go to Settings → Connect FPL Account, and enter that email and password.

That's it! Your real energy data will appear on your dashboard within seconds.

I'm an FPL customer but never created an online account

You pay by mail, auto-pay, or at a payment center — but never registered at fpl.com

Find your FPL account number on your paper bill. It looks like 1234-567-890 and is printed near the top of the statement.

Go to fpl.com/my-account/register.html and click "Register Now".

Enter your FPL account number and your ZIP code or last 4 digits of your SSN to verify your identity.

Choose an email address as your username and create a password.

FPL will send a verification email — click the link inside to activate your account.

Come back to EzBill™ and enter that email and password to connect your account.

Find your FPL account info in an FPL email

FPL sends emails for bills, alerts, and welcome messages — your username is in there

Open your email inbox and search for @fpl.com or "Florida Power & Light".

Look for a welcome email (sent when you first registered), a monthly bill notification, or any account alert from FPL.

The email address you received that message on is your FPL username — that's the email you use to sign in at fpl.com.

Your FPL account number is also printed inside those emails, near the top — it looks like 1234-567-890.

Come back to EzBill™ and enter that email as your FPL username, then your fpl.com password to connect.

💡 Can't find any FPL email? Check your spam/junk folder and search all folders. Still nothing? Use the Forgot Username? option below.

I forgot my FPL username (email)

You have an account but can't remember what email you used

Go to fpl.com and click "Sign In".

Click "Forgot Username?" below the login form.

Enter your FPL account number (found on your bill) and your ZIP code.

FPL will display your registered email address or send it to a backup email on file.

Once you have your email, come back to EzBill™ and use it as your FPL username.

I forgot my FPL password

You know your email but can't remember the password

Go to fpl.com and click "Sign In".

Click "Forgot Password?" below the login form.

Enter the email address you use for your FPL account.

Check your inbox for a password reset email from FPL. Check spam if you don't see it within 5 minutes.

Click the link in the email, create a new password, and save it somewhere safe.

Come back to EzBill™ and enter your email and new password to connect.
