Ezbill ("we," "us," or "our") is a bilingual energy monitoring and bill prediction application for Florida Power & Light (FPL) and Lee County Electric Cooperative (LCEC) residential customers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information and energy usage data when you use our services at getezbill.com and related applications.
By creating an Ezbill account or using our services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
When you authorize Ezbill to connect to your utility account, we receive:
This data is received only with your explicit authorization. You may revoke access at any time.
We do not use tracking pixels, behavioral advertising cookies, or fingerprinting.
We use your data exclusively to provide the Ezbill service features you have requested:
